Charla Club
Point of contact and illegal content reports
This is Charla Club's single point of contact for authorities and for the people who use the service, under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, and the way to report illegal content under Article 16.
Where to write
We reply in Spanish and English.
A person replies, not software.
If you are an authority of a Member State, the European Commission or the European Board for Digital Services, this is your point of contact too.
How to report illegal content
Anyone can tell us, with or without an account; for example, if someone is using your face in their photo. Write to that same mailbox and tell us:
- Why you believe it is illegal, in enough detail to understand it.
- Where it is, as precisely as you can: the page address, or the room, the day, the time and the person's first name.
- Your name and your email address. If the report is about child sexual abuse, you do not need to give them.
- A sentence saying you believe in good faith that what you tell us is accurate and complete.
We acknowledge receipt. Once we decide, we tell you what we did, why, and how to ask for a review.
If someone's life or safety is in danger, do not wait for our reply: call 112.
